Development foundations

The foundations of the standard

The methodology and Score architecture are defined, including integrity logic. Core location-analysis code has been built to examine nearby places and their influence on projects.

The work draws on 18 months of Dubai agency practice and conversations with developers and agencies. Those conversations are not signed partnerships or proof of paid demand.

Proof experience

One area. A complete decision journey.

The prototype connects an area to its signature projects, reasons and a shareable Decision Packet. The first goal is a controlled walkthrough that makes the value of the experience tangible.

Public Scores, a live assessment directory and the complete product journey are not yet available.

Planned after funding

Dubai launch

From proof to practice

The planned launch introduces real assessments and original area media, followed by a broader Dubai experience. Planned areas are Dubai Hills, Downtown, Marina / JBR / JLT and JVC.

Partner showcases, trained brokers and handoffs are part of that launch plan. Commercial terms, integrations and operating governance remain to be finalized.

A record that grows with the standard

Methodology versions, review explanations and NUVAREL Pulse are intended to show how the evidence changes over time. Recurring tools, licensing and further cities follow proof of usefulness, paid demand and repeatability.

No fixed public launch date or live Pulse feed is announced.
